Shieh-Chi Chen CPCC, MSc.
Founder of 2Sisters Consulting Inc. and the Prosperity Cafe, is a seasoned coach and facilitator. Shieh-Chi is passionate about creating environments that are inclusive and leaders are aligned with company objectives. Having worked in the United States and Canada, Shieh-Chi helped large organizations implement complex changes by delivering thought-provoking and results-oriented programs. Shieh-Chi works with a broad range of individuals and especially enjoys working with women, minority leaders and change agents who want to make a leadership contribution to their organization and the world around them.
Shieh-Chi brings a natural coaching ability to all of her work and has an innate ability to create trust and rapport. She has a keen strategic mind and is able to connect and inspire both intellectually and emotionally. Shieh-Chi combines an ability to “get to the heart of the matter” with the courage to “ask questions that others won’t ask” and to “call it as she sees it.”

She is certified in numerous assessments; they include the Thomas DISC Personal Profile Analysis, and Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue) as well as MRG Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA) 360.
Shieh-Chi is a regular speaker at the Job Opportunity Information Network (JOIN) Employee Resource Group Annual Symposiums and was recently interviewed on CUTV News Radio and profiled by DiversityCan magazine.
