Vanessa Battista of Richardson Law Professional Corporation


Vanessa Battista is a First-Year Associate at Richardson Law Professional Corporation, a Real Estate Law Firm located at Yonge and St. Clair.

Vanessa earned both a Canadian and American law degree from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in June 2019.

As an articling student, she developed an interest in real estate law while working on complex commercial real estate. This drew her to her current position with Richardson Law.

Vanessa’s practice touches on several areas of real estate law, including residential purchase and sale transactions, mortgage financing, mortgage enforcement, litigation and settlements. Vanessa has closed hundreds of transactions, developing a strong knowledge and practice in the areas of residential real estate and alternative financing.
